Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Tradsavi ("we", "us") collects, how it is used and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: your email address and password (passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us). If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information from Google.
• Content you add: trades, prices, notes, lessons, screenshots, journal entries and your display-currency preference.
• Technical data: basic information your browser sends when it connects, such as IP address and device type.

2. How we use it

• To create and secure your account and show you your own journal.
• To calculate your statistics, charts and reports.
• To send account emails such as password resets and confirmations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your trades or journal entries for advertising.

3. Who processes your data

Your data is stored and processed by our infrastructure provider (Supabase) for authentication, database and file storage. If you choose Google sign-in, Google handles that login under its own privacy policy. Your browser also requests public exchange rates from a third-party rates service; this request does not include your trade data.

4. Cookies and local storage

Tradsavi uses your browser's session and local storage to keep you signed in during a session, remember your selected currency, cache exchange rates and save unfinished trade drafts. These are not used for tracking or advertising.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete individual trades and journal entries inside the app, and you can ask us to delete your whole account by emailing the address below.

6. Security

We use reputable providers and access controls to protect your data, but no online service is completely secure. Please use a strong, unique password.

7. Your rights

You can access, export (using the Export button), correct or request deletion of your information at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data-protection law.

8. Children

Tradsavi is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
