Terms of Service

Last updated: October 4, 2026

Welcome to Tradsavi ("Tradsavi", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Tradsavi you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What Tradsavi is

Tradsavi is a trading journal and performance-tracking tool. It lets you record trades, review statistics, keep a mindset journal and use a position-size calculator.

2. Not financial advice

Tradsavi is a record-keeping and analysis tool only. Nothing in the service, including statistics, calculators and exchange-rate conversions, is financial, investment or trading advice. Trading carries a high risk of loss. All decisions are yours alone, and calculator results should be confirmed with your broker before you trade.

3. Your account

4. Your data

You own the trades, notes, screenshots and journal entries you add. You give Tradsavi permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

6. Third-party services

Tradsavi relies on third parties, including a hosting and database provider, Google (if you choose Google sign-in) and a public exchange-rate service. Exchange rates are approximate and may be delayed or unavailable.

7. Availability and accuracy

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that calculations and statistics are free from mistakes. Keep your own backups, for example with the Export button.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tradsavi is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data or indirect damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using Tradsavi and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If you keep using Tradsavi after an update, you accept the new Terms.
